“Beware! Wolves in Sindh Prowl, In Sheep's Skin They Howl” by Dr. Ahmed H. Makhdoom

"بَگهيئڙ ڏِٺو مون سنڌُ ۾، ڇيلڙي جي ويسَ ۾"

احمد مخدوُم؛

سائيِن ۽ سائِڻ،

خوش ھجو شال سسداٸين!

 اسان نماڻَن، سادن سودن ۽ مسڪين سنڌين کي ازُلَ کان وٺِي ڀاڙيا، وحشي ۽ زهريلا ماڻهون بيوقوُف ٺاهيندا پيا ٿا اچن ۽ اسان "ويچارڙا انڌڙا، ڀوُڻڊڙي ۾ خوش!" واڇ گودو، گِگ پئي ٿي وهي!؛

O Ye Sindhis: There are countless wolves prowling around in sheep's skin! Be aware of these killers and man-eaters! Since time immemorial, ye have been embracing a vicious and venomous enemy and kicking out a true and loyal friend! Ye cannot even make a difference between a wolf, which ye stroke lovingly on your lap and an innocent sheep, which you cut in pieces with a knife!  

جاڳو، اُٿو، هيڏي هوڏي نهاريو ۽ صحيع سيبتي سوچَ رکو! ڏِسو، ڪيرُ آهي اوهانجو دوستُ ۽ ڪير آهي اوهانجو دُشمَن! ڪير آهي زهريلو وڇوُن ۽ ڪير آهي شانائِتو ٺاهوُڪو نچندَڙُ مورُ! ڪير آهي ڪانئير ڪانگُ ۽ ڪير آهي سُريلو مِٺوُئڙو! ڪير آهي ڏاڙهيندڙ بگهيئڙُ ۽ ڪيرُ آهي پيارو ڪُڏندَڙُ سنهڻو ڇيلڙو!؛

O Ye Sindhis: Wake Up! Rise! Look around and see – who is thy back-stabbing enemy and who a filial and worthy friend! Learn to differentiate between a killer wolf and a docile sheep!  

الوءِ! اهو ئي افسوسُ آهي تَه اسان وائِڙا ۽ موڳا مٺڙا ماروُنئڙا دوست ۽ دُشمَن ۾ ڪو بِه فَرَق نٿا سمجهئوُن! ڪانئير دُشمَن کي ڀاڪُر، سچي دوست يار کي ڌِڪا!  ابوءِ! اهو ئي ڏُک آهي تَه اسان حيران ۽ پريشان سنهڻا سنڌيئڙا هڪ گُرگُ بگهيئڙ ۽ هڪ اٻوجه ڇيلڙي ۾ ڪنهن بي قسم جي تفاوت ۽ تفريق نتا ڪريوُن! خونخوار بگهيئڙ کي ڪڇ ۾ ٿا وهاريوُن، معصو۾ ڇيلڙي کي ڪاتيئَ سان ڪُهي ٿا ڇڏِيئون! واهڙي سنڌي واه!؛ 

O Ye Sindhis: Without Freedom ye cannot attain anything! No education, no respect, no credibility, no success, no enlightenment, no worth, no liberty, no independence, no voice, no platform! Ye become dead and extinct!

FREEDOM is the ONLY answer! Freedom is thy ONLY Survival! Free thyself, thy Sacred Motherland and thy Glorious Nation from the debilitating, demonic and destructive slavery and servitude of the savages and barbarians!     

آزاديئَ کان سوا، بنا، بغير ڪا بِه شَئِ مُمڪِن ناهي! مان وري ٿو هيئُ دُهرايان، "آزاديئَ کان سوا، بنا، بغير ڪا بِه شَئِ مُمڪِن ناهي!" سنڌ، سنڌي قوم، سنڌي ٻولي، سنڌي تعليم، سنڌي ثقافت، سنڌي ورثي ۽ سنڌي تهذيبَ جي سلامتي، بقا، جياپو ۽ سُهائي،،، سنڌ ۽ سنڌي قوم جي آزاديئَ ۾ ئي آهي! اچو، تَه آزاديئَ لاءِ جهاد ڪريوُن! واڪا ڪَرِڻ موُن وَسِ! جئي سنڌُ! دُعاگو، احمد مخدوُم؛

Indeed yes, urge, inform ‘n scream I MUST! Rest is up to thee if ye TRUST! And, I am just a simple, humble Son of Mother Sindh,
